The Sedona PEMF mats have the most advanced PEMF technology. The max intensity is 100 Gauss, and the frequency range is 0.3 to 15000 Hz. This truly sets it apart from the other best PEMF mats. Another thing I really appreciate is that you can use both the mat and the pillow applicator simultaneously, with the same frequency or with two different frequencies.

Sedona doesn’t seem to offer any scientific proof to support this claim. I wasn’t aware that my DNA could ‘communicate’ with a device, or that it even needed help to be activated! To be honest, I’m not fully convinced, so I’ll let you make your own judgment on this.
Sedona Controller
The Sedona mats come with a high-quality touchscreen controller that lets you personalize your PEMF therapy treatment. It has 36 preset programs (the Elite only has 16) divided into two sections: wellness and longevity. All the mats except for the PRO model also offer a custom program section, where you can save 12 different programs with any frequency, intensity, or waveform that you would like.
Honestly, I’m a bit disappointed that the Pro model doesn’t come with custom programs. I get it, it’s the base model, but it’s still pretty pricey. And I’m not sure why the Elite model, which is supposed to be the top of the line, only has 16 preset programs instead of 32. Because of that, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
Accessories
I really love the applicator, but the Sedona mats don’t come with any extra accessories. No carry bag, no cover to protect it. I’d be fine with that if it weren’t for the fact that this is a premium mat with a premium price tag.
Pillow/Pad Applicator
You can use the applicator on its own or with the mat. But the best part? You can use both at the same time, and even set them to different frequencies and intensities for a more personalized experience.
Warranty
Sedona offers a 2-year warranty on their mats, which can be extended to a lifetime for $375. Thanks for this option, Sedona, but with the price you asked for this mat, you could have just given the lifetime warranty straight away.
However, there’s no money-back guarantee, and returns aren’t accepted because the device is classified as a health product. While I get the hygiene concern, most other brands do accept returns on their mats.

Best PEMF Technology
The Sedona PEMF mats have great PEMF technology and offer the widest frequency range and intensity in this guide. But the price is seriously steep. I love the pillow-pad applicator, and using it at the same time as the mat is a smart touch. Still, for what you pay, not even including a carry bag feels like a letdown. Their functions, controller, and preset programs are top-notch, but claiming the Elite model can “communicate” with your DNA sounds a bit over the top. The warranty is good, and can also be extended, but no money-back guarantee or returns is a bit disappointing.
