The Celler8 Pad is an incredible device and my personal favorite. Not only do you get a high-quality PEMF pad, with the best PEMF tech out there, but you also get a wearable device that works wonders on its own and can be used together with the pad. The functions are nearly unbeatable, and the accessory set is also top-notch. Sure it’s expensive, but you’re definitely getting great value for what you pay. I’m all in, and I highly recommend it.

It doesn’t have red light, which is a downside if that’s something you want, but the other therapies still hold up. The OmniPEMF NeoRhythm Pad does PEMF and nothing else, but it does it very well. It’s very versatile. You can use it sitting, lying down, or under your pillow for sleep. It charges over USB and the battery lasts a long time, so you can take it with you anywhere. The preset programs are the best I’ve seen on any pad. This is why it’s one of the best pads overall.

The HealthyLine TAO Matrix Pad stands out for its unique red light therapy panels. The PEMF tech is standard, there are no preset programs, so you set everything by hand. Like all HealthyLine’s pads, it comes with a lot of accessories and the best warranty. It’s not the cheapest one for sure, tho.
