PEMF Therapy Overview 
The Grooni Earthing PEMF Mat Pro features 6 PEMF cores. The max intensity is 3 Gauss, and the frequency range is 3-30 Hz. I don’t particularly like that the minimum frequency doesn’t go as low as 1 Hz, like most other mats. Very low frequencies can be useful for deep sleep.
Other Therapies
Far-Infrared Rays Therapy (FIR). This non-invasive and gentle therapy uses far-infrared light (5–14 μm), an invisible wavelength that gradually heats the gemstones and the mat. The resulting warmth sinks deep into your body, providing internal heat. Grooni doesn’t specify the mat’s maximum temperature.
Negative Ion Therapy. Heating the gemstones triggers the release of negative ions, which aid in detoxifying the body and improving air quality in your immediate environment. Grooni doesn’t say the exact amount of negative ions produced by their PEMF Mat Pro.

The Grooni Earthing PEMF Mat Pro is an average mat with a great price. I really recommend this if you are looking for an amazing value for money. The PEMF tech is average, there’s no red-light therapy, but the other therapies are solid. It comes with a bag, and while I would have liked a cover too, for the price they ask, you can’t really complain.
