PEMF frequency is the number of times the magnetic field cycles every second, and you count it in hertz. The Sparkle Mat goes from 1 to 45 Hz. A range that wide means good technology, and it opens up more treatments and conditions than a basic mat would.

PEMF intensity is the strength of the magnetic field the mat produces, and it’s measured in gauss. The Sparkle Mat puts out 3 Gauss. It’s on the low side, but low is fine for daily use and for treatment, and it’s very safe.

My FInal verdict
The Sparkle PEMF mat is an affordable option with good features and an amazing warranty. The PEMF side is quite average. 3 Gauss and 5 preset programs is what you get, enough for everyday use but not much more. Where the mat earns its money is in the other therapies: FIR heat, red light, negative ions and hot stones, all at once, which is a lot of therapeutic value for the price.
The risk-free period is 108 days, the best on the market. On top of that they add a 5-year warranty, and only HealthyLine equals it. The one thing missing is a cover, which you have to buy separately.
If peace of mind is your priority, and you want to try the mat before you commit, this is definitely the mat for you.
