Technology Overview 
You get two sources of PEMF therapy, and they work at very different intensities.
The room device generates up to 1280 Gauss. That is very strong for a consumer PEMF unit, and it needs to be, because the device has to send the field across open air before it reaches you.

PIR Sensor
The room device has a motion sensor built in, and it is one of the smartest things about the whole system. Walk into the room and it switches itself on, with nothing for you to press. Walk out, and after a moment it drops back to standby on its own. It always knows when someone is in the room. This is what makes contactless PEMF work in real life, because a device you have to switch on by hand is one you slowly stop using. This one just runs itself.
The app also has a 24H Scheduler for the room device. You lay out a full day of therapy in advance, up to nine sessions, each with its own start time, program, and length. The device runs through them in order and moves to the next on its own.
A day might go Energy and Vitality at 08:00, Deep Relaxation at 14:00, Sleep at 22:00. Pair it with the motion sensor and it runs itself: the schedule sets what plays and when, the sensor decides if it plays at all. You set it once and forget it.
Accessories
The NeoSurround Mat comes with everything you need to use it and carry it. You get the room device, the full-body mat, a charger with cables, and a small test tube. The test tube is the clever bit. PEMF is silent and you feel nothing while it runs, so the tube gives you a way to check the device is putting out a field.
For carrying, you get a large padded bag with a shoulder strap that holds the mat, and a separate smaller bag for the room device. So both parts have their own place, and you can store or move the whole set without looking for something to keep it in.
Warranty
My NeoSurround Mat review woulndn’t complete without the fine print on returns and warranty. There is a 60-day return window if the Mat turns out not to be for you, which takes the risk out of trying something at this level.
But the number that says more is the warranty. You are covered for two years, and that can run to 26 months. A company does not put that long a guarantee on hardware it expects to fail. It is a sign they stand behind the build, and it is right in line with what the Mat costs.
