PetsPEMF Company History

PetsPEMF is the pet line of OmniPEMF, a Slovenian company that started in 2016 building PEMF headbands for people. The NeoRhythm launched in 2019 and drew more than 7,000 backers on Indiegogo. The company behind both brands, MDCN TECH d.o.o., has been on the Slovenian register in Ljubljana since November 2017, and work on a device for animals began in 2021.

PetsPEMF launched in 2022 with a single pad and now sells three devices: the Pad, the RollnRest bed and the PetLoop PRO. Research is run in house with Dr. Igor Jerman, director of the BION Institute, and the marketing leans on named vets rather than trials of these devices. Orders ship worldwide from Slovenia, and returns from the United States go to a centre in New Jersey.

Foam and textile parts cannot be sent back on their own, and each product has its own instructions. Supplements cannot be returned at all. The US returns centre is in New Jersey and you only get the full address once the RMA is approved. This version of the policy covers orders placed on or after 1 July 2026.

The 4 year figure on the product page and the 26 month cap in the terms cannot both be true, and the terms are the document you would be held to. A replacement does not reset anything either, so a unit swapped at month 20 is still out of warranty four months later.

MDCN TECH, trgovina in storitve, d.o.o., a Slovenian limited company registered in Ljubljana on 20 November 2017 with registration number 8093342000 and VAT number SI 39935892. The director is Marko Kadunc and the registered owners are Janez Dečman, Leon Herman and Marko Kadunc.

The same company runs OmniPEMF and the NeoRhythm headband, so PetsPEMF is the pet line of a human PEMF brand rather than a business of its own. All four trademarks, OMNIPEMF, NEORHYTHM, PETSPEMF and ROLLNREST, are registered to MDCN TECH d.o.o.

Yes, in the sense that the company exists and is easy to check. It sits on the Slovenian business register with the District Court of Ljubljana as its court of record, it holds four registered trademarks, and Scamadviser rates the site as very likely legitimate.

What is missing is outside scrutiny. No Trustpilot profile, no BBB file, nothing on any independent review site, and the only Google rating belongs to the parent company. Every review you will read about these products sits on a page the brand controls.

The site also names the company four different ways across its own pages: MDCN Tech Ltd in the footer and the terms, MDCN Tech doo LLC on the New York address, MDCN Technologies in the press kit, and once, in a stray terms clause, Petspemf devices, LLC. Careless rather than sinister, but worth noticing before you wire money to another country.

The company is at Letališka cesta 33 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and orders ship worldwide from there. The New York address on the site, 450 Fashion Avenue, Suite 2710, is a Manhattan mail suite with no business listing on it.

Returns from the United States go to a returns centre in New Jersey, and you only get the full address once your RMA is approved. The contract itself stays Slovenian. The terms name Slovenian law and send any dispute to individual arbitration in Slovenia, with class actions ruled out.

Two years as standard, and you can add ExtendCare+ 2Y for $40, which the product page sells as a four year total warranty. The terms of service say the warranty cannot be extended beyond 26 months. Those two numbers cannot both be right, and the terms are the document you would be held to.

It covers the original purchaser only, it does not transfer, and it does not restart when a unit is replaced. Opening the case or breaking the inner quality seal on the Pad voids it. Chewing and biting damage is excluded, which on a product you leave with a dog is worth reading twice. You are also required to recharge the device at least once every three months while it is not in use.

Thirty days from the day it is delivered, for any reason, but you have to ask for an RMA by email first and then ship it back within seven days with tracking. An unopened box gets the full amount. Once it has been opened, 20% comes off as a restocking and decommissioning fee, and you pay the return shipping and any duties on top of that.

Refuse the parcel or leave it unclaimed and the same 20% applies anyway. Foam and textile parts cannot be sent back on their own, and supplements cannot be returned at all. Refunds are issued about five business days after inspection and take another three to ten to appear. This version of the policy covers orders placed on or after 1 July 2026.

They look like real reviews, collected through Judge.me, but all 643 of them sit on the brand’s own store and the brand decides what appears there. 76% are five star. Scamadviser flags the in house review system for exactly that reason.
