Is Red Light Therapy approved by FDA?

When will I start seeing results?

I can’t see the infrared light

Near infrared light isn’t visible to our eyes—it’s outside what we can see naturally. The LEDs do give off a faint glow, especially in the dark, so if you’re worried they’re not working, check them in a dark room to see that slight glow.

Is Red Light Therapy safe?

Yes, it is very safe when used as directed. Unlike UV light, it doesn’t damage DNA or cause sunburn, using gentle, non-ionizing wavelengths instead. Side effects are rare, usually just mild warmth or redness if the device is used too close or for too long.
