PEMF Therapy Overview

Far-Infrared Rays Therapy (FIR). A natural, non-invasive treatment that uses far-infrared light (5-14 μm), a type of invisible light that will heat the gemstones and the mat to a maximum temperature of 160°F (70°C). The mat will then warm up your body from the inside out. Different temperatures may yield different benefits:
- up to 105ºF (40ºC) – Good for prolonged and overnight use. Promotes better sleep and the relaxation of both mind and body.

Hot Stones Therapy. The HealthyLine TAO mats contain a mix of crushed gemstones, but instead of being spread across the surface like other HealthyLine models, they’re set in a double strip along the right edge. HealthyLine TAO PEMF Mat
Best Under $600
The HealthyLine TAO is an affordable mat, with basic PEMF technology, no preset programs, but a pretty high value for money. There is no red light therapy, but the set of accessories and the warranty are are best in the industry, like all HealthyLine’s mats. If you don’t care for red light therapy (as that’s the main difference) you can get this mat instead of the TAJ and save a few bucks. It’s the only mat you can buy for less than $600, but you have to settle for the 6024 model to achieve that.
