The Hooga Hat feels too basic. The denim material looks stylish, but you get zero controls and the price seems high for such a limited device. No power bank comes included, which kills portability. The standout feature is the highest irradiance on the market at 100mw/cm2, delivering stronger treatments and faster results. You can’t adjust intensity though, which becomes a problem with sensitive skin. The minimal functions make it extremely simple to use. If ease of use matters more than features, this hat works fine.
