PEMF Overview 
The TAJ mats have the baseline PEMF technology that HealthyLine offers. Max intensity is 2 Gauss, and the frequency range is 1-30 Hz.
Other Therapies 
Far-Infrared Rays Therapy (FIR). This natural treatment uses invisible far-infrared light (5–14 μm) to slowly heat the gemstones in the mat up to 160°F (70°C). That warmth then seeps into your body from the inside out. And here’s the cool part: different heat levels can trigger different wellness effects:
- up to 105ºF (40ºC) – Good for prolonged and overnight use. Promotes better sleep and the relaxation of both mind and body.
- 105ºF – 130ºF (45-55ºC) – Good for cycles of 2 hours or less. Temporary relief of joint pain, stiffness, and minor muscle pain.
- 130ºF – 150ºF (55-65ºC) – Good for 30-90 min cycles. It provides muscular relaxation and a temporary increase in local circulation.
- 150ºF – 160ºF (65-70ºC) – Suitable for 30-60 min cycles. Provides a far-infrared sauna experience when the heat is trapped. Cover your body with the provided sauna blanket or with a towel to trap the heat.
Red Light Therapy. In contrast to FIR therapy, red light therapy employs visible red light (0.66 μm), generating no heat while penetrating tissues to activate cellular energy. The 3 TAJ mats come with 60, 60, and 56 LEDs, respectively.
Negative Ion Therapy (up to 1500/cc). Heating the gemstones triggers a release of negative ions—they’re known to support detox and clean up the air around you too. The TAJ reaches 1500cc which is average.
Functions
The HealthyLine TAJ mat comes with no preset programs, so you will have to manually set the desired frequency and temperature each time. It’s ok if you consider the mat’s price, but, to be fair, I have to give it one star.
Basic Controller
The TAJ mats come with the PEMF + Photon Light Controller, designed to adjust PEMF settings, temperature, and duration of the treatment. It’s their most basic controller, but also the easiest to use, with no complicated settings to worry about.
Accessories
Included with the TAJ mats is a solid lineup of accessories: a sauna foil blanket, a brown carry bag, a waterproof layer, and a cotton-padded cover. Everything’s in the box — no need to spend more.

HealthyLine TAJ PEMF Mat
Best Design
The TAJ mats are HealthyLine’s best sellers — and for good reason. While the PEMF tech is pretty basic and there are no preset programs, the affordable price more than makes up for it. Personally, I don’t think the Pro Plus model is worth the extra cost — it’s more expensive than the JET but offers less in terms of features. That said, the TAJ 7224 and 6024 models are fantastic value for the price, and they look great! And of course, you still get HealthyLine’s top-tier accessories and unbeatable warranty.
