Welcome to my NeoSurround smart PEMF system review. Every PEMF device I have tested so far had one thing in common. You wear it, you lie on it, or you strap it somewhere. The field has to reach your body, so the device has to touch, or be very close, to your body.
The OmniPEMF NeoSurround throws that rule out. This is first “contacless”, or “ambience” PEMF Device.

Technology Overview 
PEMF Intensity runs from 3 up to 1280 Gauss. That top number is huge for a consumer PEMF unit. Most wearables and mats are in the low double digits. But it makes sense here. The NeoSurround PEMF device has to push the field across open air before it reaches you. So it has to hit harder.

PIR Sensor
One of the best things about the OmniPEMF NeoSurround is the PIR sensor. It checks the room for movement. When you walk in, the device wakes up and starts running. When you leave, it stops and drops into standby. It just knows when you are in the room. This is the piece that makes the NeoSurround contactless PEMF idea actually work. A device you have to remember to switch on is a device you forget about. This one runs itself.
Another cool thing about NeoSurround smart PEMF system is the 24H Scheduler. You build a full day of therapy in the app. Up to nine sessions across 24 hours. You pick when each one starts, which program runs, and how long it lasts. The device then runs them in order and switches from one to the next by itself.

Warranty
My OmniPEMF NeoSurround review would not be complete without covering what happens if things go wrong.
You get 60 days to send it back. That is a real window. PEMF is not a device where you feel something the first night and know right away. It takes weeks of steady use before you can tell if it is doing anything for you, and 60 days gives you room to find out. A two week window would tell you nothing.
The warranty runs two years, but can run as long as 26 months. Solid, and about what I expect at this price.

Here is the thing about every PEMF device I have owned. They work. But sometimes they also end up in a drawer. You have to want it.
