Welcome to my OmniPEMF NeoRhythm review. On paper, it’s one of the most versatile PEMF wearables you can buy. The NeoRhythm is a sleek device shaped like a U, made to fit comfortably around your head, knees, elbows, shoulders, or neck.

I use it in the evenings to sleep better, and it’s made a real difference. Whether you’re meditating, relaxing, or dealing with a sore spot, it adapts to nearly any use.

Reading the Spec Sheet

1-303HzPEMF Frequency Range

The frequency, counted in hertz, is how many times per second the magnetic field cycles. The NeoRhythm goes from 1 to 303 Hz. That’s an extremely high range and remarkable technology: it covers the frequencies for every treatment and condition there is.

25GaussPEMF Intensity

Intensity is about strength: it’s how strong a magnetic field the device puts out, measured in gauss. On the NeoRhythm it goes up to 25 Gauss. That puts it in the medium range, where the treatment reaches deeper tissue and is still safe.

5PEMF Coils

Inside the device there are coils, windings of copper wire that produce the pulsed field when current runs through them, so they’re hardware rather than a setting. Their number tells you about coverage, not strength: more coils won’t make a device stronger, but they spread the field more evenly across its surface.

TrapezoidalWaveform

Every pulse has a shape over time, called the waveform, and that shape decides how quickly the field rises and falls. The NeoRhythm’s pulse is trapezoidal, so it rises fast, stays flat at the top, then falls fast.

You get full control of the NeoRhythm through a smartphone app, which pairs with the device over Bluetooth. The app has a deep selection of 14 preset programs, plus an “Advanced Mode“. That one lets you set the intensity, frequency and duration of your session however you like.

My FInal verdict

The OmniPEMF NeoRhythm is easily one of the top wearable PEMF devices I’ve tested, and it’s the one I recommend most often. Unlike general wellness gadgets, it’s built for PEMF therapy, and it does that job really well.
You can use it for meditating, easing joint pain, sleeping better or targeting one specific area. The battery charges over USB and lasts long enough to travel with, no outlet needed. The preset programs are far better than anything else in this category.
The features are practical, the accessories it comes with are solid, and the warranty is industry standard. The wraps that keep it in place while you move or sleep cost extra, so budget for one if you’ll use it that way. If you want a serious PEMF tool you can wear, it’s one of the strongest options available.

OmniPEMF is a legitimate wellness brand with a solid reputation, so yes, you can. It shows in how they sell the NeoRhythm: it’s covered by a warranty for 2 years, and you have 60 days to send it back for a refund if it isn’t for you.
Being a legitimate company doesn’t mean every health claim on its website is proven, though, and that’s true of every PEMF brand, not just this one. So before you buy, read the return and warranty terms, since they’re what protects you if the device doesn’t do what you hoped. They can, for some things. PEMF therapy has real science behind it, but how well it works depends on the condition you’re treating. The strongest research is on fractures that are slow to heal and on pain and swelling after surgery. For other conditions the studies tend to be smaller, and the results are more mixed.
Results also don’t carry over automatically from one device to another, because the settings vary a lot between them. And a lot of what you read online promises much more than the studies show.

There isn’t one ideal setting, because the right frequency and session length depend on what you want to treat. Frequency is how many times per second the field pulses, and different conditions usually call for different frequencies and session times.
With the NeoRhythm you don’t have to work it out from scratch. The 14 preset programs set the frequency and duration for you, and Advanced Mode lets you change both, along with the intensity, if you want to follow a specific protocol. Yes, and it’s simple to do: you place the NeoRhythm right on the joint that hurts, so the field goes where you need it. It’s shaped to fit around knees, elbows and shoulders, and the Pain Control program is a good place to start.
Arthritis is one of the conditions PEMF has been studied for, mostly for pain and stiffness, and some studies show improvement, although the results vary. If you want it to stay put on a joint while you move around, one of the wraps helps, but they’re sold separately. You can use it for neuropathy by placing the NeoRhythm directly on the area where you feel the symptoms, so the treatment stays local. With one of the wraps you can hold it around an ankle, a knee or an elbow.
Be aware that the research on PEMF for nerve pain isn’t settled: some studies found a benefit and others didn’t. So it’s best to go in with realistic expectations, and to keep your doctor in the loop if your neuropathy comes from a condition like diabetes.
