Alright, so I spent some serious time with the HealthyLine Platinum PEMF Mat.

1-30HzPEMF Frequency Range
PEMF frequency is the number of times per second the magnetic field completes a cycle, and it’s measured in hertz (Hz). The Platinum Mat covers 1-30 Hz. That’s the normal range you’d expect, nothing fancy, but it’s enough for most treatments and conditions.
3GaussPEMF Intensity
PEMF intensity is the strength of the magnetic field the mat puts out, and it’s measured in gauss. The Platinum Mat is rated at 3 Gauss. That’s on the low side, but it’s fine for daily use and for treatment, and it’s very safe.
8PEMF Coils
The coils are loops of copper wire built into the mat, and they are what produce the pulsed field once the controller powers them. The Platinum Mat has 8, and that number tells you about coverage, not strength: more coils won’t make the field stronger, but they spread it more evenly over the whole surface.
Sinusoidal or SquareWaveform
The waveform is the shape of each pulse over time, and that shape decides how fast the field rises and falls. The Platinum Mat lets you pick between two: sinusoidal, where the field rises and falls in a smooth curve, and square, where it snaps on and off.

A natural treatment, nothing invasive about it. It uses far infrared light, between 5 and 14 μm, which you can’t see, and it heats both the gemstones and the mat, up to 160°F (70°C). The warmth goes deep, and what it does for you depends on the temperature.

How you control it
Advanced Controller
The Platinum is the only line of mats that comes with the Advanced Controller. It gives you full control over the PEMF settings: frequency, intensity, pulse duration, and waveform. You can also set the temperature, the red light level, and how long the session lasts.
Double Controller
True to its name, the HealthyLine Platinum mat also comes with a second, basic PEMF controller with simple default settings, on top of the advanced one. It’s handy if you prefer something simpler with fewer buttons, or if you want a spare for another room or for travel.

My FInal verdict
The HealthyLine Platinum is the most expensive mat from Healthyline. It’s a luxury mat with some unique perks, but it falls short on its main job: PEMF therapy. 3 Gauss and 1-30 Hz are fine for daily use, but not what you expect at this price.
The galvanized gemstones, and the even better “amethyst aura” ones, are pretty cool. But they don’t justify the price, and they don’t add much to the therapeutic value of the mat either. They are just very pretty.
On the other hand, the controllers, and the general quality of the functions are the best on the market. The set of accessories is very good, and the 5 year warranty with a 90 day money back guarantee is hard to beat. So it comes down to what matters more to you, the PEMF or everything else.
