Today I’m reviewing another PEMF Mat with the Chakra Alignment feature: the Hooga PEMF Chakra Mat.
Seven different gemstones arranged for chakra alignment, 37 multicolor LED lights, and eight PEMF cores all working together – that’s typically premium territory. But Hooga managed to pack all this into their Chakra Mat without the premium price shock.
I’ve tested plenty of chakra-focused mats before, and most companies use the spiritual angle to justify sky-high pricing. The gemstone selection alone usually costs extra, never mind the specialized light therapy. Yet here’s Hooga offering the full package at a fraction of what competitors charge.

PEMF Therapy Overview 
The Hooga Chakra mat features 8 PEMF cores and frequencies from 1 to 50Hz. It reaches up to 10 Gauss of intensity. Truly great for the price you pay, so I’ll give this mat a well-deserved 4-star rating.
Other Therapies
Far-Infrared Rays Therapy (FIR). By using far-infrared light in the 5–14 μm range, this non-invasive therapy heats the gemstones and the mat itself to around 158°F (69°C). The result? A deep, soothing warmth that penetrates your body.
Multicolor Photon Light Therapy (37 LEDs). Unlike FIR therapy, photon light therapy uses visible light, does not produce heat, and penetrates the tissues to stimulate cellular energy.
The Hooga Chakra mat produce a multicolor photon light therapy at different wavelengths, to generate several benefits:
- Red (660nm): Stimulates collagen production and heals the skin.
- Green (510-530nm): Calms and balances the mind.
- Blue (455-475nm): Reduces inflammation and promotes relaxation.
- Violet (360-420nm): Enhances spiritual awareness and meditation.

- Yellow (575-595nm): Improves mood and mental clarity.
Negative Ion Therapy. Once the gemstones heat up, they start releasing negative ions, which can help cleanse your body and even freshen the air nearby. Hooga doesn’t specify the amount of ions produced.

Nice set of preset programs which, unfortunately, cannot be customized and saved. But you do get the option to select your desired frequency and intensity manually, which is great.

The Hooga PEMF Chakra Mat is seriously impressive. If it came with a few more accessories (you only get a carry bag), it could easily rank as the best PEMF mat out there. It’s packed with preset programs, and the price is a steal considering everything you get.
